My 2014 Beauty Resolutions

Hey everyone and welcome to 2014! Sorry I've not been around for a while. I've not been feeling my best lately but I'm back now and with me I bring a few beauty resolutions. I really want to step it up a gear this year and I've thought of just 5 ways I can do that. Here goes...

1. Get a Flawless Base

I can't stress how important this is to me. Spending most of my time watching beauty guru's has left me with serious skin envy. From finding the perfect foundation, learning how to contour and getting a good skincare routine - a flawless base is a must for me this year.

2. Look After My Nails

For someone with an obscene nail polish collection, I don't actually take great care of my nails. I don't trim them often and I tend to let my nail polish chip away rather than remove it. In 2014 I want to wear nail polish more often as well as keep my nails nice and neat.

3. Learn How to Apply False Lashes

I'm so rubbish at applying false lashes it's unbelievable. I've watched video after video on how to do it yet I still can't get the hang of it. Hopefully this time next year I can say different!

4. Use More of My Collection

I bought so many great products in 2013 yet I tend to stick to the same few things. I really need to start using more of my collection before I add to it even more.

5. Experiment With My Hair

Finally I'd like to experiment with my hair a bit more. The only thing I really do with it at the moment is wash it. I straighten it now and then, and I get it cut two to three times a year but that's about it. I love the whole Cheryl Cole, loose curl look and I want to try and give that a go. I also want to try more hairstyles and hair products this year.

So those are just a few things I want to try and do in 2014
What are your beauty resolutions?

Yeah nails are a bit of a nightmare for me. They grow so fast! I got acrylics before and they grew out so quickly, hardly worth the money.
Glad you enjoyed the post x
