Etude Palette

Saucebox Cosmetics Etude Palette $50

-Swoon- isn't this the palette that dreams are made of? When I saw Nic from Pixiwoo use it in a tutorial I knew I have to have it. With 8 neutral matte shades including one kick ass red-brown, this is pretty much my ideal palette.

The packaging is super cute with the gorgeous illustration on the front really appealing to my love of art. The shadows themselves are so buttery and blend like a dream, not too mention they are huge! I reckon they will last quite a while - but I'll probably be using them everyday so maybe they won't last that long after all haha!

The Shades:
Snow Flake - An off white/creamish shade quite similar to Urban Decay's Kinky (which is one of my fave eyeshadows ever)
Beaming - A yellow toned cream, perfect for an all over lid colour
Biscotti - You all know I love my red-browns so it's no surprise that this is my favourite shade. Similar to Anastasia's 'Sienna' but less red toned
Chocolate - A cool toned brown with slightly greyish undertones
Cream Dream - Misleading name but this a basic warm, light brown
Almond - Black, obviously not as intense as Blackout but is still great
Toffee - A taupey brown which could work well for filling in brows
Caramel - As the name would suggest, a light toned brown (very close to my skin colour so didn't swatch so well)

I'm honestly so tempted to buy another one of these palettes as a back up.
What's your dream palette?

Ciao x
