What's In My Travel Makeup Bag

By the time you're reading this I'll hopefully be sleeping my way through the gruelling 9 hour coach journey back to my hometown.  I haven't had the chance to visit since October and I honestly can't wait to see my family, especially my new baby nephew!
Whenever I travel I'm always tempted to pack the kitchen sink but this time I've vowed to keep things light and minimal.
My recent everyday make up has been really simple, making it so much easier for me to decide what to throw in my travel make up bag. As far as face products go I obviously had to take my L'oreal True Match Foundation - I couldn't travel anyway without this bad boy! A few of my January favourites have also made there way into my travel make up bag with my concealer of choice being Seventeen Phwoarr Paint and Rimmel's Stay Matte Powder in 'Silky Beige' also making the cut. I'll be relying on both of these products to cover up my I-had-about-fifteen-hours-of-sleep-in-a-whole-week-to-try-and-hit-uni-deadlines dark circles (fist bump to all the uni students who feel my pain).
My favourite thing to do with my brows is ignore them, so I'm just taking Maybelline's Brow Mascara in Dark Brown as it requires very minimal effort on my part. For blush I've gone for 'Gingerly by MAC', 'Blissful' by Tarte and have also thrown in my Sleek Contour Kit in 'Light'.
Taking three eye shadow palettes might seem a little excessive but the Anastasia Lavish, Urban Decay Naked and Smoked palettes have become part of my everyday make up routine - I could create every look imaginable with this trio. To keep them looking flawless I've packed Lime Crime's Eyeshadow Helper (primer)If you're a beauty fan then no doubt you've seen the controversy surrounding Lime Crime right now. I honestly love their eyeshadow primer and I don't really know what to do when I run out of it - if anyone has any suggestions for a good primer (excluding Urban Decay's Primer potion) then please let me know!
I'm thinking of taking my Accessorize 'Enchanted' perfume; it's a gorgeous, sweet, feminine scent and is so affordable! For finishing touches I'm bringing along Maybelline The Falsies Mascara in Black Drama and a few of my fave lip combos: MAC 'Angel' lipstick & Nars 'Turkish Delight' lipgloss and finally Barry M's lip liner in 'Dark Pink' to go with MAC 'All Fired Up' lipstick.

-Sigh- yes this is me travelling light. What are your beauty travel essentials?

Ciao x
