Pastel Homeware Haul

Fox Ornament - TK Maxx - £4.99 Squirrel Trinket - TK Maxx - £6.99 White Lantern - TK Maxx - £3.99 Owl Plant Pot - Homebase - 10p Mint Desk Lamp - Homebase - £9.80 Marble Chopping Board - TK Maxx - £5.99 Pink Waffle Maker - Toys ‘R’ Us - £14.99

It’s no secret that I am partial to a bit of pastel homeware and I absolutely could not resist some of the adorable pieces that Ocean Retail Park had to offer. Over the past few months I have been adding pastel Autumnal/Wintery items to my room in an attempt to feel more festive.

I picked up this minimalistic, white fox ornament from TK Maxx and I am SO in love with it. It’s exactly the style I was going for and decorates my ever growing book case, perfectly.

Sticking with the white animal theme, I went for this stunning trinket box with a copper squirrel on the lid. Again, I love the simplicity of this item and the copper detailing is a beautiful touch. The sides have a geometric embossing which gives it even more style. It will be ideal to store all my memory cards and USB sticks, and is an adorable addition to my desk.

I have been cracking out the winter candles and tea lights recently and this cute, little white lantern makes me even more excited to do so. I have seen a lot bloggers with this kind of lantern, but the heart detailing on the top makes it a little more unique and perfect for me.

I want to add a couple of plants to my room just to inject some life into the space. This pastel blue, owl pot completely stole my heart, even more so when I discovered it was reduced to 10p! 10p can you believe it? Homebase is quickly becoming my favourite place for homeware and you should definitely check it out.

I’ve wanted a vintage-style, mint desk lamp for literally years but they have always been around the £15-£25 mark which, let's be fair, is a bit extortionate for a lamp. So you can imagine my joy when I discovered this lamp in Homebase for just £9.80! I adore it so much and it just brings so much style to my desk.

Moving onto kitchenware, I’m not usually a fan of the whole marble trend but this chopping board from TK Maxx is simply stunning. It has weight to it and feels high quality. I like using stone slab chopping boards as they are more hygienic and less likely to get damaged.

The final item in this haul was a bit of an impulse buy. I, Anjalee Burrows, bought a waffle maker and not just any kind of waffle maker - a pink waffle maker. It was such an unnecessary purchase but you know I cannot resist pink homeware and now I have many cooked breakfasts to look forward too.

Did you enjoy this haul? What is your favourite item? Tell me in the comments below
